Carolina Green Building Partners is dedicated to offering sustainable solutions to building and development practices. We are constantly looking for new and sometimes old construction methods to achieve a safer, more efficient end product for our clients. Preserving natural habitat is one of the best decisions we can make for our planet. It makes sense, therefore, to consider renovating an existing home, or re-using an existing home site rather than buying a new home on previously undeveloped land. As a building company we are not against development. We believe, however, in exploring previously disturbed sites before expanding our urban footprint. If new development is the most practical scenario for a project, then we encourage proactive measures to minimize impact.
