Preserving natural habitat is one of the best decisions we can make for our planet. It makes sense, therefore, to consider renovating an existing home, or re-using an existing home site rather than buying a new home on previously undeveloped land. As a building company we are not against development. We believe, however, in exploring previously disturbed sites before expanding our urban footprint. If new development is the most practical scenario for a project, then we encourage proactive measures to minimize impact.
